This blog shows the progress day after day of a midi organ building. Midi organ is a barrel organ without cardboard or paper roll, just driven by a computer. It can be virtually as small as a busker and as big as a church organ. When you begin the construction you are are not sure of what size it will be! It was working

I did'nt understand why the basses were all playing together. There was a problem, and when I tried to play every basse..........smoke..........you can see the result. One ULN 2803 is almost exploded! Chips are unplugged but the small green led does'nt light. I think this time the card is completely destroyed. The best now is to go to bed, we'll see tomorrow! If you'll be on Rollcutter meeting, I'am not sure you'll hear The Automatic Organ! Posted by Picasa

Peux-tu m'envoyer un bout de schéma qui montre comment ça se passe du côté de la sortie des ULN, avec les différentes tensions etc... Des composants de ce genre, ça n'explose pas sans raisons! Une fois ça va, mais deux fois de suite ???
Il doit bien y avoir quelque chose qui cloche dans ton montage.
